About Me

Hi, I’m Cecilie

A creative woman, always looking for ways to ease daily chores, and have fun while getting them done.

I’m also a mom to 3 soon to be grown up kids, a foster mom for kittens, an adoptive mom for two cats, a wife, an entrepreneur, a writer, a daughter, a sister…

What I do and what I believe in…

I help frustrated mums who’re spreading themselves too thin, find opportunities to relax and breathe, by simplifying and reducing their chunk of daily tasks.

And  this just by simply changing the way you look at your current situation, and choose the path that will lead directly to your dreams.

It’s called getting your ducks in a row.

I truly believe that we as individuals are the creators of our own happiness. By rewriting our subconsciousness, we’ll be able to attract what we want in every area of our lives.

A few “fun facts” about me:

I’m afraid of heights, but still I’ve been in and on the London Eye (only because I didn’t want to be left alone on the ground), I love a good strawberry daiquiri, and I always have a third eye at my children and what they’re up to – even if they’re now almost grown ups.

In 2008 I hit the wall. I was totally burned out and was feeling so low that I wanted to end it all for good. I did many stupid things at this point in my life. Getting into so much debt that I nearly lost my house and my marriage was by far the most stupid one.

It actually took me 4 years to realize that the only person who could change my life was me. I had two choices. I could continue in the same old pattern and stay the same old exhausted person – or I could make some serious shifts and maybe get a better life, both for me and my family.

To make a long story short:

I quit my corporate job as an accountant, and I started an online store.

In all transparency it didn’t go that well, due to many different circumstances, but it taught me some really good lessons on what I wanted, and how I wanted my life to be. And it was nothing like the way I lived it.

From 2013 and forward, I’ve taken a lot of courses and classes, got some coaching certificates(Life Coach, Law of Attraction, Ho’oponopono), and started quite small in the online coaching world.

But I was afraid of becoming visible because I’m an introvert and because of my anxiety, depression and PTSD – which – to be honest – is kind of a break dealer if you want to succeed…

Anyway, lessons learned, and by shifting my focus to how I wanted my life to be, not how it was, or felt – and not at least stop focusing on the lack of things, and instead focus on what subconscious beliefs and blocks I had, it finally happened.

I grounded myself. I felt confident enough to go out there.

Just before covid hit, I started this website, teaching other moms how they can start their own business from home. I don’t know if everyone that’s taken my free “Start a blog today” course, are actually running a business themselves at the moment. But my aim is that anyone investing their time and/or money in me and my courses, will get value from them.

Some of my previous thoughts have been published in Huffington Post, Autism Special and Autism Magazine.
