We have 3 1:1 sessions available each week. Once you’ve paid, on the thank you page, there’s a link to Calendly to schedule your session PLUS a link to the form you need to fill out and forward at least 48 hours prior to when you and Cecilie are scheduled for the Brilliant Business Breakthrough™ Audit. If you fail to fill out the form 48 hours prior to when your session is scheduled, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. Your call will be canceled, and you will not be able to reschedule. You need to fill out the form to the best of your ability to not waste either your time or ours. Your business is worth more than you not giving it your all. In the form, we’ll ask you some questions about your current business, what you offer, and your website. We’ll also ask how committed you are to making your business grow in terms of both sales and revenue.

Why is there a form to fill out?
There’s a form to fill out, so that Cecilie can prepare for the session, getting a better understanding of what you do, and what you struggle with.
What happens after I buy?
On the thank you page, there will be a link to calendly, where you must schedule your session (approx 90 min) with Cecilie. She will conduct the audit with you, and identify improvements, optimizations, and tune-ups that you can immediately make to improve your sales and revenue. There’s also a link to a google form that you need to fill out and forward at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Is there a refund?
No. There’s no refund, because Cecilie only offers a few of these audits each week, and is not able to reschedule your call. She also do a lot of preparation regarding your business(based on your form), so that you’ll get the most out of the session you two have.
How much time prior to the session must I submit the form?
You need to submit the form no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled session with Cecilie, otherwise your session will be cancelled.
Failure to forward the form in time, will result in a 50% refund, and a blacklisting from scheduling a future session with us.
Why do you have these strict rules on refund and rescheduling?
We take our analysis of your business seriously, and it requires significant time and effort on our part to prepare and provide feedback during the session.
